Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At TokyoMen, we are committed to delivering premium-quality men’s shirts with reliable service and complete transparency. Please read the following shipping and cancellation policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

Order Handling

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

  • Remote or less accessible areas may require additional delivery time.

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email for easy tracking.

Shipping Charges

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and parcel weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or sales events.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

  • COD is available only for select pin codes.

  • A flat ₹90 COD charge is applicable per order.

Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
TokyoMen will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • You may refuse delivery; however, return shipping charges (approx. ₹120) will be deducted from the refund once the parcel is received back in its original condition.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

  • Customized or made-to-order products once production has begun.

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • COD Orders: No refund is applicable as no advance payment is collected.
