Important: Return requests made via Instagram, email, or any other platform will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via WhatsApp or email

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
Refund Modes

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation
Exchange Policy
TokyoMen does not offer direct product exchanges.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 business days to the original payment method
